That's true too. We desperately need the death penalty reinstated...without appeal. That goes for importers, Australian producers, and dealers. Kill them all. Problem - mostly solved. Then send the users off to the desert for some life appreciation and re-education. A couple months and they'll come back just fine citizens...Next time they won't come back.
