Bunny12; hard data for the incarceration of Australians demonstrates that Aborigines are far more likely to end up in jail for minor offences and far more likely to die to custody as well.

Our pollies and our judiciary have determined that multi-millionaires who brawl in our streets will not be jailed but young Aborigines who do so will be locked away for the same behaviour. As for 'white collar criminals' and those uber-wealthy people who suffer memory losses, ............... it STINKS!

Of course people like Tony Abbott are defended by QCs/SCs for even minor offences against young female university students unable to afford legal representation. Guess who gets exonerated and who gets shafted. As for poor Cardinal George Pell, well it seems we need to launch a special fund-raising campaign to ensure he gets the best possible legal representation even though the Pope has refused to fund his legal defence.

It's small wonder Aborigines are angry about such matters and we should be thankful that by and large their protests have been far more civilised than what our rotten judicial system has been to them and to their kids.
