Agreed ... you don't send up a $5mill smokescreen to cover for pending bad news.

Although I doubt he is buying, pending an announcement ie. possible inside-trading ramifications.

I think it's simply a case of being comfortable with their long-term growth strategies, and taking advantage of a buy opportunity!

Remember ... Eddie started buying at $7.17, so a mental note that anything under here remains good value imho.
