They are so busy in the presentation patting themselves on the back, that they neglect to mention how the Brisbane property is about 4% lower than where they bought almost 3 years ago?
That is the sort of value add management provides instead of a more aggressive buyback at the time when the shares were at a 35% plus discount to NTA.
