Hi GO I must have missed the announcement where FAR farmed in?
I think you have enough to worry about with the circa $700,000,000 in shorts on WPL and climbing. In dollar terms WPL's shorts are more than the market cap of 3 of four of the most shorted stocks on the asx and about 90% of the fourth one! DYOR on that one for sure!
I'm sure when CAP finally decide if they are going to press ahead with the lien then we will find out about it. If it came as a shock to the Government who own the leases I'm not surprised it came as a surprise to FAR. In any event CAP are only able to claim the cost of the 3D via a lien. AIMO DB
