    IMO, I think they are only hedging as a safety precaution. Remember when the arse fell out with respect of the IO price, they were forced to take various measures to secure the companies viability. Paying off the present loan and putting funds into their account is a safety measure. They are doing well but just being cautious in the present market which could go either way with respect of the price.
