Those who understand the tech know how good this is. There is absolutely nothing in the market place with the quality of SP3.
To be buying a piece of a business at an $8M market cap with existing revenues that are growing is rare. An EV of $3.7M is equivalent to some listed shells with zero prospects. Anything under 50c ($20M market cap) is a very good buy in my opinion.
