As for bureaucratic delays, well, there a part of business, so i dont fret over them, and, i dont think the board will let this one fade away to nothing. They will be feeling the heat and pressure to make amends, so, its best left to them to get on with it............we are after all speculating on a resource explorer, so, it goes without saying that punters need to be aware of the risk.........risk/reward, its something you need to weigh up before committing
