This may be a stupid question, but I have been trying to look for the answer:

What is the benefit to the user who generated the UGC (User Generated Content) and who will ultimately be giving away the legal rights to SRO clients such as MacDonalds, Johnson & Johnson, Costco etc...

Do they get some monetary rewards (as you would with something like Youtube?). This would be a huge incentive to continue generating good content and it could be performance or metrics based i.e. the more popular you and your content the more rewards.
