In Australia particularly we will now have a landslide of new Super Funds money to enter the market and likely to fuel the market for some time to come as baby boomers make the arrangements for the end of their working lives.
That being said we i believe are in the greatest "golden period" this country has ever seen.
Very low interest rates
Low inflation
Wages growth with NO breakout of wages
A robust export based economy
Very low unemployment rates
If an economist could argue for the almost perfect set of circumstances.......well we are in it.
There are some small risks for Australia and they are almost exclusively outside Australia and outside our control.
We might be seeing something we are unlikely to see again in our lifetimes and the share market is reflecting that and the rerating of our companies by investors is necessary.....IMHO
