    Question is Do we want to have capital tied up in the assets

    The real estate value is irrelevant as we won't be selling the buildings .

    We're in the cloud storage business not real estate I just feel it's poor capital allocation

    You may well be right but I don't see commercial real
    Estate as a good investment for NXT what's the point
