Well, whats happening inside the copany, i guess only the management knows. All i know is that the SP of CYL is terrible and some things need to be done... as to what, i dont know and who to believe, i also cant tell.... since majority of the people vote for instead of against, i think it cant be a bad move.... anyway, i am still a holder of the share because despite poor management, the exploration area does look good... only time will tell....
