Agreed. @Rameez sums it up well in post 26176176. last week i suggested i personally would be happy if the CR was at 10.5c as it seems to be a solid support level. To raise at 10c or worse below that would have been an issue. To raise from all existing shareholders would have taken a much longer time and more paperwork. this is the quickest and cleanest result and today's SP is showing this (not to say it won't drift down to 10.5 in the days to follow). The announcement 'Noosa Mining & Exploration Conference Company Presentation' on 21/7 was the flag to show that this CR process was likely in proress.
