The duty of care should not fall on punters,it falls on the ASX to get it right and that includes making sure companies get it right on behalf of shareholders.
Interestingly "broker" activity was completed at 11.08 on MPH
The mugs just were not informed........should the orders after 11.08 be reversed???
I think there is a case to seek it and the trades after 11.08 were done below the 55c!!!
