As far as I Understand HRL is making the plant design and costings. HRL is one of the best to do this task. I am wondering who is making the market scope and economics! I hope it's a reputable and reliable company.

Whilst some will see the name change from PFS to Commercialisation plan as a non event I don't see it that way. I think this wording change is significant. I am now more convinced than before that the government might be going to kick money in but due to the wording were unable to.......IMO this is a typical government red tape thing. It probably also explains the delays....if the Government are involved expect more. AIMO DB
