    July 31 (Reuters) - Lifehealthcare Group Ltd (LHC)

    • Agreement to acquire Oceania Orthopaedics & bank refinancing
    • Acquisition will be marginally EPS accretive on an underlying NPATA basis in FY18
    • Also signed ten year distribution agreement with implantcast GmbH
