It's legal to minimise your tax to qualify for a LIHC. So, it qualifies a business person to get the same benefits as the accused people on HC as wealthfare bludgers.
Business people are always in denial that they are a burden on taxpayers - normal called incentives, tax holidays etc.
Employees also take risks working for the business, and have no protection of losing their assets or being ripped off by the owner either through super or wages.
