forget asic......these guys were trying to secure their pay packet on the back of shareholders at lowball price when the stock had traded much higher
they chose to raise on the low of lows....got $14k from the entire registry....didn't tip in themselves....and were duly punished by the market
severely in the red on this stock...and still bitter
needs a change of the guard.....
NB transaction costs of the spp were $36k higher than the amount raised
