Funny that there's been so much angry venting on other threads at very point where our first full rollout is really happening. Wave 2 is going to be big. Wave 1 was a test-run that exceeded expectations.
Well, not my expectations - on the contrary. I didn't realise that the wand release was only a 'soft launch', and it transpired, only a 'seasonal' product at that, never followed up with a 'hard sell' at all.
But, P&G's expectations were exceeded and related, it seems, to broad consumer acceptance of using an applicator of that kind and I suspect their expectations were quite high, since they did some pre-release consumer testing.
Hence wave 2 coming out with a new sk2 product and expensive, sophisticated promotion, which we've glimpsed at Changi airport, and further waves to follow.
If we are revenue positive in 1st qtr 2018, that will be great and the sp will respond, since it costs us nothing to manufacture, promote, store, transport or sell the product.
