Back to shell status it looks and a shame, as it was a big, ambitious acq, which would have provided some nice uplift for the register.
May be able to re-list but if the ASX impose requirements for a minimum spend/time on existing (non core) assets, then better off conserving cash and listing after a new acq has been made.
A bullish commodities sector will help.
