Look I am not an accountant. But I see LPD as having a shortage of cash at present. With outflows predicted for the next quarter leaving the company with a CR coming up shortly after. What is in the pipeline that can propel the SP? Of course a takeover could do it. Or maybe a free carry. But it seems LPD are engaging in entertaining MOU's and JV but they need some cash. YES???
