If you're talking "explorer" as you mention with zero revenue than of course it is. However a coy with a robust long life resource producing a base metal that has entered an extended bull market then I would disagree.
18mth pay back on current NPV with an upward revision pending. Everyone gets a drink out of it. NFC/Banks/Patient L/T holders.
