I am still negative on this stock. I do not believe the record dr sign on previously mentioned by certain upramps. If a high number are registrars they need to be supervised/trained. If they are doctors unable to financially perform in other practices they may carry it with them. I don't have a crystal ball but I think the new ceo has his work cut out and I think this can go lower before it is a buy.
