My comment was not directed at you personally. Balanced, non hysterical up/down ramping posts such as yours are always welcome. For this reason, I read most posts even those from the terrible trio...... they with the sackcloth vests and flagella. They who would rejoice in our ruination.

And jokes aside, as a general rule, litigation nearly always costs more and nearly always takes longer.
Furthermore, Management nearly always puts a shine on the darkest of situations.
But it is encouraging to hear them state it, albeit with the usual caveats.

HC is littered with the corpses of Companies with enthusiastic holders. Hearing balanced, reasoned, contrarian views is vital. Holders or not.
