There were multiple interested parties, so why was no competitive bid conducted? Lonestar was prepared to pay NTA - perhaps they were not onterest in greasing enough insider palms.
The hand outs to Spring are a disgrace. 'Everyone is happy' - I don't think so - that's shareholder money veing splashed around with gay abandon.
