I would like to know what actual work was done on the tenement, PE12202, that MMCS held over the Manono and Kitotolo mineral deposits from 8 November 2011 until revoked by DRC Ministry of Mining?
PE12202 was cancelled by the DRC Minister of Mines in accordance with the DRC Mining Code in November 2016.
Maybe a lack of, or insufficient work for 5 years, by MMCS was the reason the license was revoked in the first place by DRC Ministry of Moning.
And if so, has nothing to do with AVS now holding the current license.

On 8 November 2011, Exploitation Licence number PE 12202 issued by the Ministry of Mining of the DRC (PE 12202) was transferred to Manomin, who from that date held the exclusive right to undertake exploration, development, construction and exploitation works in connection with tin, coltan, lithium and wolframite in the area covered by PE 12202, which area covers the Manono and Kitotolo mineral deposits in the Katanga Province, in the DRC.
5. On 29 August 2016, the Minister for Mines of the DRC issued Ministerial Order 0378/CAB.MIN/MINES/01/2016 which purported to revoke PE 12202 (Revocation Order). }
