By “clinical review “ I take it that RAP mean adjudication of the off diagonals.

On the diagonals the app and clinical and radiological diagnoses agree and disagree with outcome concordance.

On the off diagonals the app is saying one thing but the clinical / radiological diagnosis another. These are what require the clinical review or adjudication.

The amount of “clinical review” required is informative of outcome. The less the better. Hence the trading halt.
