    Hello Everyone,

    MIS made a 5% jump between 10.00 A.M. and 12.00 Noon Today, then fell away approx, 3.8% as the would be Buyers may have left for some lunch.
    MIS may be given some more attention during the last Hour Today.
    Someone a lot bigger than me seems interested in MIS and the Rights Entitlements.
