Shorts have declined recently and seemed to have plateaud with very modest daily short volumes. A CR to develop SdV? That would have to be the mother of the mother of all CRs.

On an announcement like this, shorts - if they were so minded - would have piled in, driving the sp up 10%. They haven't. The volume, too, was very low. I think the recent small rises were because of people who knew about the drilling results and took profit today.
