I've moved on. I am now much more concerned about whether the Board acts as they should according to their legal responsibilities - including making decisions in the interests of the company and without favouring particular shareholders at the expense of others - whether the independent directors perform their role as independents unemcumbered by the preferences of individuals, whether there is a clear division between governance and executive(Dirk) responsibilities, whether board remuneration reflects market cap and whether communication is honest and factual.

The future started yesterday. For the past - as I said - wait for the book, or if you prefer, for the movie.
