Dont know that this is such a 'positive ' thing unless the bond conversion is fully priced in. Otherwise there is reasonably large scale dilution coming and a price drop. they just added 10% more shares to the float. I should add that i read 160% of .10c as .26 cents not .16 but i happy to be wrong on that. There was strong buy side sentiment at the close but will see if that sticks.
