Hi James. Maybe I have been a bit spoilt by companies`such as ARU that do, IMO, a professional job at looking after, and informing their shareholders. But how difficult really is it? Quite simply, it is a customer service issue. Let them down and risk them taking their business elsewhere. If THR is pretty good compared to others that you have had experience with then I would suggest a bit of a shake up is required. Again, how hard is it?!! Cheers.
