Yup. It wasnt pleasant.
I was in a share company with about 15 of us. More than anything good excuse for a fortnitely BBQ. Remember it always being on a Sunday, so there we were -first argument btween any of us - about whether to hold or sell. Only 3 of us wanted to sell. Thankfully next morn we sold the lot regardless. Following day - all hell broke loose. So I got enough to put decent deposit on the house.That was great until got 17% interest
rate later with "the recession we had tohave"(P.Keating)
Anyway as mentioned there wasn't the internet, everything was media coverage only. And quite a few delusional brokers!
