ARQ did issue 32m shares to institutionals @ $1.40 in late June.
If some of those institutions are selling down now, they have realized a 14% profit in one month. ARQ is down from $1.80 on 18 June. So, perhaps some news-related selling, but no doubt some opportunistic selling from institutions booking quick gains, as well.
