Unfortunately in yesterdays rantings I did also leave off a more offensive description of some of management - some of them are quite arrogant, therefore sending an email or a phone call is a sheer waste of time (a phone call gets you no where as the executive directors are rarely in australia, and you only get a secretary who can't help you - so much for shareholder curtesy!
The only way to let them know what is going on in shareholder's minds is to put a resolution to the next AGM to seek removal of certain members of the board! I am just disappointed that the MD is not ever up for rotation, otherwise I would be happy to round up similarly frustrated shareholders to attempt getting him off the board! After all, someone who has been overpaid for a number of years should also be accountable for his inaction.
