In light of the number of shares already on issue, wouldn't they be better served by doing a consolidation before the next CR.
If the price remains at 0.4c until the next CR, they will need to issue 1/2 billion shares, or ~40% of the currently issued shares, just to get $2 million.
I see ChillyDog got moderated again.
