All the bandwidth was not all sold.
I realize the article states otherwise but SAS has indicated previously that with the first MOU the party was intrested in more bandwidth but SAS has held back presumably so they can offer other coys this service.
This is all from memory so i am happy to be told otherwise.
If i am correct this leave SAS room to sign and PROVIDE this to more coys.
