It turns out Tooloom was a dud after all. Argh, that sh its me so much - the way my earlier question was responded to in a cryptic manner. I ought to have sought clarification.
What purpose is served by keeping such company sensitive information quiet? Certainly there would be many investors (especially those closer to management) who did know.
