You're right currently London Metal Exchange shows the current value of Cobalt like this. This happens because of various reasons, significantly the sign of stability in DRC as major producer of cobalt as well as increasing the mining productivity.
Back to ARL, still we are in very beginning of cobalt mining and too much remains to production. The demand of cobalt in next decades can't be denied and the price of cobalt is dynamic of its demand. The current price of ARL, which is very low in my view, is valued by various instos that know what ARL has for next generations.
Don't worry I have various international cobalt mining shares and non of them is not low as LME shows. This is temporarily as Gold price in entire life. I hold my ARL and will buy it more in dips. Good luck to all investors
