Hi Ngoledge the choice of becoming an investor, trader or a short term trader in the end rests with you, if you are new to this game please be careful of short term trading, even extremely experienced traders will tell you don’t mistake luck with brilliance we are in a hell of a bull market. Do a lot of home work, it is my belief some good investors can trade well, and some traders can trade well to, but the percentage is not great at all please don’t take my word for it. Short term trading that's a whole new ball game. Its is best if you get some completely independent advise on this whole subject, why don’t you ask your tax accountant how investors traders and short term traders generally go in the market, he will not name any names, but I think you will get the picture, they have nothing to gain, and will tell you the truth. HC is the wrong place to ask for info on this subject.
