At the current price it is already below current debt levels or has a -EV if you like that expression. 12 - 13 cents may well trigger some unpleasant callings if they are struggling to service their debt obligations or comes close to breaching any covenants.
That would be a shame but like everything else creates an opportunity for someone out there.
