This is the ONLY phone number listed for contact with the company. There is no Adelaide phone number. The accountant who answers the phone is not an XPED employee, and does not identify the company when the phone is answered. This does not inspire confidence. It is a small thing with a huge impact on professional credibility, in my humble opinion. Potential clients, media, shareholders, and anyone becoming aware of the company for the first time from it's website presence, all experience this as first point of contact. Maybe I'm old fashioned, but I don' think this reflects the company in the most advantageous light. I would like to hear - "Good morning, XPED", and know I am talking to someone who can answer my queries. Success in business is all about the quality of service, as well as product delivery. Just my humble opinion.
