    Hey did not mean it is not going good even thought it is only underwritten by 8 Million $
    Just mean that after this money is raised and all the new shares are issues it is usual for companies to have a 1 for 5 (whatever) share consolodation.
    So for ever 5 we have after we will have 1 thats all
