I think everyone/anyone who has been in business at some stage are other would agree, thats pretty amateurish first point of contact. Especially considering the staggering wages paid to management here in the millions. They should have a stand alone person taking calls five days a week. It wouldnt take much and at around $35k a year for someone.
Saving money in the wrong places imo. This is a no brainer. At least the phone should be redirected to the CEO on his mobile or one of the Directors if the want to penny pinch on a receptionist....I could understand a one man show but this is ridiculous!
