Hi Munro,
The bloke we have engaged does have pretty solid credentials. Looks as if he has decided to start his own business instead of working as an employee. Just because he is based out of his home doesn't mean he hasn't got the goods.
As per CFE announcement, London-based MRM was established by Mr Rohan Ziegelaar.
Note the name Mr Rohan Ziegelaar on the attached Metals bulletin, looks like he is capable of training others and presenting on the topic of trading metals so maybe he does know his stuff and has industry contacts, his Linked in resume/work history looks like he has put these deals together before and should know what he is doing to sort the best deals possible. It is a specialist field and a smart management move by Tony Sage to bring in a professional to do the job instead of trying to negotiate a minefield himself.

I don't think the mineral processing plant is going to be much good to CFE now except to sell or charge FEL to process the ore from Kosombo. From what I understand the tailings need to be put through a newer/different process to separate the Cobalt/Copper that couldn't be extracted using the older flotation process. I believe the Kipushi processing plant is for processing ore and was built for the underground mine that has closed.
Personally I think it all looks like it could be a goer, and there is a grab on for Cobalt so I wouldn't imagine it will be too hard to finalise an offtake/finance deal.
