For quite a while there have always been questions about financing their operation; we all speculated there would be a JV at some point, and were afraid of what the terms would be....
With a little more luck cto may make it on its own, which would be great for us, as none of the properties would be given away, and perhaps remaining development now can be financed from cash flow...
Am I hoping for too much?
