Hi Coal and Gas,

VCR draws my interest because of the exaggerated claims he makes for CNQ. I stand by "exaggerated", because that is my assessment of some, if not many of the claims he makes.

A small, but very inconvenient instance is the Mt Carbine tenements. CNQ do not, at least as far as I can tell, have secure access to the project. Without that, they cannot progress it.

Please stop and understand the implications of that. Not so much for the past as for the future. Without the tenements CNQ really has nothing of value to put against the shares held in the company, and nor can they offer any future potential from that particular project because they cannot claim any entitlement to any mineral in the ground there. That is mining law.

All the recent talk about the price of tungsten amounts to nothing of value because without the tenements being secure and in CNQ's possession, they can make no claim on whatever tungsten is in the ground there. None at all.

By the way, if you look at a recent post of mine you will see highlighted what I took to be the MD's assessment of the same tenements in the quarterly report, and the MD's comments seem to me to contradict the line that VCR is taking. I urge you to check this for your own well being if you are at all inclined to act on anything you have read from VCR.

If you try and engage him/her (VCR) in debate or discussion on this point, in order to determine if I am correct, or mistaken, in my assessment of the status of the tenements, he will head of and look at your posting history and let you know, as if you did not know already what you posted as your sentiment at the time of posting on other threads.

As if that advances the discussion on CNQ.

I am not too worried by anything he might say about me, but other posters may just be taken in by his exaggeration and it is for that reason that I ask him to substantiate his claims or statements from time to time.

So far, without receiving a direct and focused answer to any question I have put to him.

Now that changes neither his view, or mine, but it might just help some other reader in the future, and that is my motivation. Best wishes,
