Hi rolling,

There are always issues and concerns in any enterprise. In my former professional life I spent many hours on committees, in front of gatherings and in interpersonal interviews. I can (if I really wanted to) recall endless examples of conflict resolution etc which invariably, though more often resolved than not, left some questions unanswered and people divided (often along the lines of the glass half full/empty scenario).

These questions and points  being raised indeed are worth being brought to the attention of management, particularly as we here can not provide specific details that would allow for informed responses.  It could be argued that individuals could have raised them separately with management and possibly provided us with responses, however a compilation via this forum may provide a more blanket overview of matters prior to the AGM and more immediately quell some nerves.

Compiled and sent through for consideration, these HC posts will be welcomed and addressed I reckon.

Cheers and take some comfort in the fact that people respect/appreciate your posts and that GS is likely to respond either at the AGM or before, as he has done previously in my experience.
