I recall have a discussion with Buc or GT regarding the ablation path to approval & was told by them that there was nothing that could stop (BLR) at the time from using ablation as it would not require any licencing & that hence they will be in production well before another company I support...They were expecting a rubber stamp APPROVED from the regulatory bodies.
I did say it would take time & money & certainly proving to be a sticking point.
Must admit I've not been keeping up to speed on this issue.
Do WUC have the wherewithal to see this through to a functioning product?
Have they given a new time line or is this all now tied up in red tape & it will happen when it happens?
If when a nod comes expect the Tallahassee group along with Fettus to come out of the wood work.
I see they are using Pugsley as their go to man. If he can't get it over the line then WUC will have a problem.
