anyone know why sp dropping badly

I am new to HC so take it easy on me.

So far all annoucements from VCR are very positive except the recent one where they indicated the slow down on the number of implants. Is that the reason why the sp is going down (beside the spp) or people know something else that I don't.

I hold vcr and wonder if the sp ever gets above 80c again or should i dump it like everyone else.

Any responses would be appreciated.
